What is a DTF gang sheet?
A gang sheet is a single 22"-wide roll of transfer film that you fill with as many designs as you want. You pay for the sheet length, so the more you fit on it, the less each print costs.
What file format should I send?
High-resolution PNG files with a transparent background at 300 DPI, sized to print. Anything that shouldn't print must be fully transparent.
What fabrics can I press DTF onto?
Cotton, polyester, cotton-poly blends, canvas, denim and more, on both light and dark garments. For heat-sensitive or specialty fabrics, test first.
Do I need special equipment?
A heat press gives the best, most consistent results. Follow the pressing guide above and do a finishing press after peeling for maximum durability.
How should customers wash DTF prints?
Wait 24 hours after pressing, then wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly on the print.
